Welcome to Wallarity ("we", "our", or "us"), owned and published by Zenikay Apps. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal information is handled safely, responsibly, and transparently. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your data when you visit and use the Wallarity mobile application (Package Name: com.wallpaper.wallarity).

By downloading, accessing, or using Wallarity, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum necessary information required to provide our wallpaper curation, live video backgrounds, user accounts, and entertainment features:

  • Account Information: When you register or sign in via Google Sign-In or Email, we store your name, email address, profile avatar, and unique authentication identifier.
  • Device and Technical Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifier (Android ID / IDFV), IP address, network carrier, and app crash logs for device optimization and fraud prevention.
  • Activity and Interaction Data: Wallpaper views, downloads, likes, favorites, category preferences, reward coin balances, game scores, and referral history.
  • Device Permissions:
    • SET_WALLPAPER: Used strictly to apply wallpapers directly to your device home screen, lock screen, or both.
    • READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_MEDIA_IMAGES: Used to read and cache wallpapers and profile avatars.
    • WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (maxSdkVersion 32): Used solely to download and save high-resolution HD/4K wallpapers to your device gallery upon your explicit request.
    • INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to stream wallpaper media, sync user preferences, and fetch API data.

Wallarity integrates certified third-party SDKs for advertising, authentication, crash analytics, and push notifications. These third parties may collect information in accordance with their independent privacy policies:

We use the collected information for the following legitimate purposes:

  • To deliver, organize, and personalize 4K and live wallpaper catalogs.
  • To manage your user profile, favorites, coin rewards, and referral bonuses.
  • To prevent fraudulent behavior, emulator abuse, botting, or multiple illegitimate registrations.
  • To diagnose technical errors, improve app stability, and analyze feature performance.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion Rights

In full compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and global data protection regulations (GDPR / CCPA):

  • In-App Deletion: You can delete your account instantly at any time by going to Profile → Delete Account.
  • Web Deletion Form: You can also submit an account deletion request via our public web page at Account Deletion Page.
  • Data Removal: Upon deletion, your profile, authentication records, coin balance, and saved favorites are permanently removed from our active database.

5. Children's Privacy

Wallarity is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can remove the data promptly.

We employ administrative, physical, and technical safeguards (including HTTPS/SSL encryption) to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, destruction, or alteration.
