Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Wallarity, a mobile application owned and published by Zenikay Apps (Package Name: com.wallpaper.wallarity).

By downloading or using Wallarity, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or meet the minimum digital-consent age in your country, to use Wallarity. Minors require permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and maintain only one legitimate account. False, duplicate, automated, or fraudulently created accounts are prohibited.

2. Wallpaper Licence

Wallarity grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use its wallpapers and media for non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

  • Sell or commercially redistribute Wallarity content.
  • Upload it to competing wallpaper or stock-media platforms.
  • Claim ownership or authorship of the content.
  • Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the application.
  • Use bots, scripts, emulators, or unauthorized tools.

Wallarity’s name, software, logo, design, collections, and original content belong to Zenikay Apps or its licensors.

3. Advertisements

Wallarity may display banner, native, interstitial, video, and rewarded advertisements supplied by third-party providers.

Your interactions with advertisers are governed by their applicable terms. Zenikay Apps is not responsible for third-party advertisements, websites, products, or services.

4. Virtual Coins and Gamification

Wallarity may award virtual coins for eligible activities, including completing tasks, playing mini-games, maintaining streaks, watching rewarded advertisements, or making valid referrals.

Virtual coins:

  • Exist only for in-app entertainment and gamification.
  • Have no cash or monetary value.
  • Cannot be withdrawn, sold, traded, or transferred.
  • Are not currency, cryptocurrency, or stored funds.
  • May only be used with eligible Wallarity features.

Coins obtained through errors, manipulation, bots, duplicate accounts, or invalid referrals may be adjusted or removed.

5. Fair Use

You may not manipulate advertisements, scores, coins, referrals, downloads, or engagement.

Self-referrals, spam, automated accounts, scripts, emulators, device farms, modified applications, and unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.

Violations may result in lost coins, restricted features, account suspension, or permanent termination.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account through:

Deletion may permanently remove your profile, favourites, referral history, and virtual-coin balance.

7. Service Availability

Wallarity is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent content availability, virtual-coin availability, or compatibility with every device.

We may update, restrict, replace, or discontinue features for technical, security, legal, licensing, or operational reasons.

To the extent permitted by law, Zenikay Apps is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from the use or unavailability of Wallarity.

8. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms when Wallarity, applicable laws, or platform requirements change. Revised Terms will display an updated effective date.
